The median price is $3,998,000 (without the $86,000 home) and the average price is $5,962,947. The average days on market for the 20 West Vancouver waterfront homes sold is 229 which is skewed by 2 sales that had been on the market for more than 1,000 days (112 without the two 1,000 day plus listings) with a median of 94 days on market. (66 without the two 1,000 day plus listings)

All 20 of the sales sold for under the asking price ranging from 1% to 23% under the asking price with the average being 10%. In one case the home sold for 32% under the original asking price.
